Because all of us are available yesterday, we went out to the mall to eat lunch and do grocery shopping. We had no definite place to eat, and mom was certain that we would eat at Chef D'Angelo again, however when I saw the Mang Inasal place, I just asked mom if we could just eat there.
What a good timing it was - seeing a new food place open and brother was craving for some chicken inasal so we just went there to eat. Food was affordable - clearly the cheapest of all inasal places I have eaten in the mall, and although it was cheap, it tasted expensive. It was delicious. The four of us left the place with big aching tummies because we got to eat so much!
I hope we could do lunch out every weekend.

Inasal is the way people from the Negros provinces barbecue chicken (but they also do it to pork and fish now). And yes, that's brother.
